Fees: You agree to pay the training course fees you purchase and authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other payment methods for those fees. The Aromh Knowledge Training Center works with third-party payment processors to provide you with a secure payment method.
Payment: When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you registered for, you agree to pay the applicable fees within seven (7) days of our notification. We reserve the right to disable or suspend access to any course or service for which we have not received sufficient payment.
Refunds: Once payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable and non-exchangeable in any case, except if the service was not delivered for any reason from our side or due to a technical issue. In such cases, the amount will be saved as a credit to be used for any other service within one year only.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing the refund policy, we reserve the right to block your account and restrict all future use of services. If your account is banned or your access to a course is disabled due to your violation of these terms or safety and security guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.

IP Address and Cookie Files:

The Aromh Knowledge Training Center uses data from cookie files to track users and how they use the platform, including browser type, operating system, internet service provider, and access preferences.
